OG exemplary drawing

1. A composition comprising:
about 0.001 wt % to about 5.0 wt % of a water-soluble first polyelectrolyte bearing a net cationic charge or capable of developing a net cationic charge wherein said first polyelectrolyte comprises a poly(diallyldimethyl ammonium chloride) homopolymer;
about 0.001% to 0.19% by weight of a water-soluble second polyelectrolyte bearing a net anionic charge or capable of developing a net anionic charge;
wherein a total polymer concentration of the water soluble cationic first polyelectrolyte and the water soluble anionic second polyelectrolyte in the aqueous composition is at a concentration of less than or equal to about 50 mM with respect to a total concentration of charged associating groups present on the first and second polyelectrolytes;
an acid;
a solvent;
a dye;
an adjuvant comprising at least one of: an inorganic base, an organic base, a salt of an inorganic acid or base, a salt of an organic acid or base, a buffering agent, a chelating agent, a thickener, a hydrotrope, a surfactant, or a fragrance;
wherein the composition is free of latex particles, precipitates, suspended solids, synthetic block copolymers, silicone copolymers, cross-linked poly(acrylic) and cross-linked water-soluble polyelectrolyte;
wherein the composition is transparently colored in appearance;
wherein the composition does not comprise a polymer fluorosurfactant derived from polymerization of fluorinated oxetane.
