22 Claims

1. Optical glass comprising:

10 mol % to 60 mol % of a La³⁺ in terms of mol % of cations;

10 mol % or more and up to 75 mol % of a Ga³⁺ in terms of mol % of cations; and

at least one selected from a group consisting of Nb⁵⁺, Ti⁴⁺, and Ta⁵⁺.
