1. A food, pharmaceutical, or feed composition for enhancing exercise capacity or recovery from fatigue comprising, as an active ingredient, an extract of fermented noni, coconut sugar, and muscovado sugar, wherein the extract of fermented noni is extracted using a polar solvent or a non-polar solvent,
wherein the fermented noni extract of fermented noni, the coconut sugar, and the muscovado sugar are contained at a weight ratio of 90:5:5,
wherein the fermented noni is obtained by fermenting and aging noni fruits inoculated with a complex of lactic acid bacteria, wherein aging comprises pouring a fermentation broth collected from the fermentation over the noni fruits, and
wherein the complex of lactic acid bacteria comprises Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus reuteri, and Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis.
