1. A needleless spray nozzle system comprising:
a main chassis comprising a food product transport device;
a first row of needleless spray nozzles and a second row of needless spray nozzles that are each releasably coupled to the main chassis and that are each configured to spray and inject injectate into a food product on the food product transfer device without requiring either of the first row of needleless spray nozzles or the second row of needleless spray nozzles to contact the food product;
a coupling mechanism coupled to the first row of needless spray nozzles and the second row of needleless spray nozzles, wherein the coupling mechanism is configured to selectively couple the first row of needleless spray nozzles and the second row of needleless spray nozzles to the needleless spray nozzle system; and
a first pump that is releasably coupled to the main chassis,
wherein the first row of needleless spray nozzles, the second row of needleless spray nozzles and the first pump are configured to inject the injectate at a first rate, and
wherein the first row of needleless spray nozzles, the second row of needleless spray nozzles, and the first pump are configured to be readily released from the main chassis and to be respectively replaced with a third row of second needleless spray nozzles, a fourth row of needleless spray nozzles, and a second pump that are configured to inject the injectate at a second rate that is different than the first rate.
