1. A compound represented by Formula 7:

1) R21, R22, R23, R24, R25, R26, R27 and R28 are each independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen; deuterium; halogen; cyano; nitro; a C6-C60 aryl group; a fluorenyl group; a C2-C60 heterocyclic group including at least one heteroatom selected from the group consisting of O, N, S, Si or P; a fused ring group of a C3-C60 aliphatic ring and a C6-C60 aromatic ring; a C1-C60 alkyl group; a C2-C60 alkenyl group; a C2-C60 alkynyl group; a C1-C60 alkoxy group; and a C6-C60 aryloxy group, and where they are plural, adjacent R21s, adjacent R22s, adjacent R23s, adjacent R24s, adjacent R25s, adjacent R26s, adjacent R27s, or adjacent R28s are optionally bonded to each other to form a ring,
2) W1 and W2 are each independently O or S,
3) L11 is a single bond; a C6-C60 arylene group; a fluorenylene group; a C2-C60 heterocyclic group containing at least one hetero atom of O, N, S, Si and P; a fused ring group of a C3-C60 aliphatic ring and a C6-C60 aromatic ring,
4) Ar11 is a C6-C60 aryl group,
5) a1, a3, a4, a6, a7 and a8 are each independently an integer of 0 to 4; and a2 and a5 are each independently an integer of 0 to 3,
wherein the aryl group, arylene group, heterocyclic group, fluorenyl group, fluorenylene group, aliphatic ring group, fused ring group, alkyl group, alkenyl group, alkynyl group, alkoxyl group and aryloxy group may be substituted with one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of deuterium; halogen; a silane group; a siloxane group; a boron group; a germanium group; a cyano group; a nitro group; a C1-C20 alkylthio group; a C1-C20 alkoxy group; a C1-C20 alkyl group; a C2-C20 alkenyl group; a C2-C20 alkynyl group; a C6-C20 aryl group; a C6-C20 aryl group substituted with deuterium; a fluorenyl group; a C2-C20 heterocyclic group; a C3-C20 cycloalkyl group; a C7-C20 arylalkyl group and a C8-C20 arylalkenyl group, wherein the substituents may be bonded to each other to form a saturated or unsaturated ring, wherein the term ‘ring’ means a C3-C60 aliphatic ring or a C6-C60 aromatic ring or a C2-C60 heterocyclic group or a fused ring formed by the combination thereof.
