1. A method comprising:
determining, based on an incoming communication from an originating number to a target number, that a number of failed calls from at least one number associated with an origination identifier associated with the originating number satisfies a call threshold, wherein the origination identifier is associated with a call record;
determining, based on the call threshold being satisfied, and based on the call record associated with the origination identifier, that the originating number is an approved originating number; and
causing, based on the originating number being an approved originating number, the incoming communication to the target number to be processed.
