1. A secondary battery, comprising:
an electrode assembly including:
a first electrode;
a first electrode tab extending from the first electrode; and
a first insulation coating layer disposed on the first electrode tab, the first insulation coating layer comprising a first binder and an inorganic filler,
wherein the first binder has an electrolyte uptake of more than 0% and less than 50%, the electrolyte uptake being:

wherein Weight Before Dipping is a weight of the first binder prepared in a predetermined shape and a predetermined size before being dipped in an electrolyte,
wherein Weight After Dipping is a weight of the prepared first binder after being dipped in the electrolyte at room temperature for one hour, and
wherein the electrolyte includes:
an organic solvent containing a mixture of ethylene carbonate (EC), propylene carbonate (PC), and diethyl carbonate (DEC); and
a lithium salt.
