1. An electrosurgical device comprising:
an elongated member configured to be attached to an elongated shaft of an endoscope, the elongated member including a distal portion and at least a portion of the elongated member situated at least partially around the elongated shaft;
an electrode exposed at the distal portion of the elongated member, the elongated member and the electrode, when axially extended beyond a distal end of the elongated shaft, bend towards a longitudinal axis of the elongated shaft; and
an electrical interconnect coupling the electrode to an electrosurgical energy connection at a proximal portion of the elongated member.
