1. A display device provided with a light-emitting element including, for each subpixel, a first electrode, a second electrode, a light-emitting layer provided between the first electrode and the second electrode, a first charge transport layer provided between the first electrode and the light-emitting layer, and a second charge transport layer provided between the light-emitting layer and the second electrode, the display device comprising:
a first inspection element including a third electrode and a fourth electrode,
wherein the first inspection element includes the light-emitting layer and the first charge transport layer, provided between the third electrode and the fourth electrode and common to the light-emitting element,
the light-emitting element is driven in accordance with characteristics of the first inspection element,
wherein the first charge transport layer has a function of transporting first charge, the second charge transport layer has a function of transporting second charge, and
the first inspection element is a single-charge element configured to make mainly the former out of the first charge and the second charge flow.
