1. A data communication method, comprising:
determining a valid transmission occasion in a transmission period according to a notification from a network side, and determining a first transmission occasion based on the valid transmission occasion;
wherein there are only T valid transmission occasions between the first transmission occasion and a first moment, wherein T>=1, the valid transmission occasion comprises an actual transmission occasion with Redundancy Version, RV, of 0, and the first moment is before an ending of the transmission period or before a beginning of a period of a second configured grant configuration, wherein the second configured grant configuration is different from a first configured grant configuration to which the first transmission occasion belongs;
when data is ready before the first transmission occasion and after a second transmission occasion which is a valid transmission occasion before the first transmission occasion, starting data communication in the first transmission occasion;
when data is ready after the first transmission occasion, starting data communication in a next period.
