1. A method for operating an emergency reaction system within a moving motor vehicle carrying at least one vehicle occupant, the method comprising:
monitoring health conditions of the vehicle occupant by way of at least one of a vehicle seat sensor, a steering wheel sensor, a seat belt sensor and artificial intelligence through a camera system in the vehicle;
determining whether the health conditions are below a critical threshold;
responsive to the health conditions reaching or exceeding the critical threshold:
instantaneously issuing an emergency alert without seeking input from the vehicle occupant and without waiting for the motor vehicle to stop;
determining an appropriate place to stop the motor vehicle without risking endangering the motor vehicle; and
performing an autonomous safe stop maneuver if the motor vehicle is moving autonomously or activates an autonomous driving system that is allowed to operate automatically;
wherein the emergency alert is issued to at least one of an emergency service, a road user external to the motor vehicle, or at least one support person external to the motor vehicle.
