1. A method comprising:
receiving a request for content service from a user device in a household, wherein the request comprises a signature for the user device for the household from which the request came, wherein the signature is derived from information associated with a context of the household from which the request came, the information associated with the context of the household comprising discovery protocol information for at least one device of devices within the household, internal network traffic between the devices of the household within the household, and network traffic to and from the household to a service provider, and wherein a different signature is associated with the same user device for a different household;
authenticating the request based on the information associated with the context of the household from which the request came; and
allowing the content service to be provided in response to authenticating the request.
