1. A method comprising:
receiving an edge computing availability request from a user equipment (UE), wherein the edge computing availability request includes information identifying the UE; and
transmitting an edge computing availability reply to the UE in response to the edge computing availability request, wherein the edge computing availability reply includes information regarding available edge servers and site capability information,
wherein the site capability information includes information regarding computation capabilities of one or more edge servers and a maximum response time between the UE and the one or more edge servers.
