1. A method for driving a display panel, wherein the display panel has a first mode, and a driving period in the first mode comprises an active frame and a holding frame; and
the driving method comprises: in the first mode, controlling a total light emission duration of a light emission control signal in two adjacent time units in the driving period to satisfy a following condition:
