1. A computing system comprising:
a network interface;
at least one processor;
at least one non-transitory computer-readable medium; and
program instructions stored on the at least one non-transitory computer-readable medium that are executable by the at least one processor such that the computing system is capable of:
onboarding, from one or more data sources, underlying data that is to be utilized to populate an instance of a semantic network, the semantic network comprising conceptual data components and associative data components;
defining a set of one or more transformation operations to apply to a portion of the onboarded underlying data; and
applying the set of one or more transformation operations to the portion of the onboarded underlying data, so as to reshape the portion of the onboarded underlying data and move the reshaped portion of the onboarded underlying data to one or more data components from among the conceptual data components and associative data components.
