1. An eco-friendly carbon control method comprising:
heating calcium carbonate in a first calcination heater so that more than 1% of said calcium carbonate in said first calcination heater thereby undergoes calcination at a carbon-mitigated regional facility wherein first and second carbon mitigation protocols are also implemented so that more than 20 kilograms of calcium oxide are produced in said calcination for each resulting kilogram of carbon dioxide equivalent released from said carbon-mitigated regional facility and wherein said first carbon mitigation protocol causes more than 1% of thermal waste energy from biochar processing at said carbon-mitigated regional facility to be used for said heating said calcium carbonate in said first calcination heater.
