1. A vehicle onboard power (VOP) system for a vehicle, the VOP system comprising:
a power source;
an outlet electrically connected to the power source;
a processor electrically connected to the power source; and
a memory comprising instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising:
determining the vehicle is in an OFF state;
detecting a change in a load profile associated with the outlet while the vehicle is in the OFF state, wherein an ignition of the vehicle is off in the OFF state; and
activating a vehicle alert response based on detecting the change in the load profile while the vehicle is in the OFF state.
