1. An apparatus for producing a corrugated board product, comprising:
a flotation column having an outer surface, the outer surface comprising one or more openings;
the flotation column being operable to support the corrugated board product at a variable height above the outer surface of the flotation column on a cushion of air that is emitted from the one or more openings in the outer surface of the flotation column; and
a warp detection apparatus for detecting an amount of warp in the corrugated board product supported by the flotation column.
