1. A three-pronged surgical forceps comprising:
three individual prong handles each having an integral suture guide comprising a semi circular eyelet opening through a most distal tip thereof and comprised of a pair of grasping prongs and an alignment prong each configured to be aligned together in use and actuated by hand such that distal ends of the pair of grasping prongs and the alignment prongs are aligned.
