1. A method for receiving data in a communication system, the method comprising:
acquiring [ information for ] a number of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) processes of a semi-persistent resource allocation [ allocated to a user equipment (UE) ] and semi-persistent resource allocation interval [ periodicity ] information [ , the semi-persistent resource allocation periodicity information indicating an interval between periodic resources for an initial transmission] ;
identifying the semi-persistent resource allocation for a subframe based on the semi-persistent resource allocation interval information and time information;
acquiring a HARQ process identifier (ID) [ by ] using the number of HARQ processes of the semi-persistent resource allocation, the semi-persistent resource allocation interval [ periodicity ] information, and
the time information;g
acquiring soft buffer information [ a system frame number associated with a frame with a 10 ms duration] ; and
receiving [ a ] data [ of the initial transmission associated with the identified HARQ process ID ] based on the semi-persistent resource allocation for the subframe, the HARQ process ID, [ periodicity information ] and the soft buffer information [ system frame number associated with the frame with the 10 ms duration,
wherein the number of the HARQ processes corresponds to a quantity of the HARQ processes allocated to the UE for the semi-persistent resource allocation] .
