1. A method to serve a wireless communication device that executes a low-latency application, the method comprising:
detecting a hand-in of the wireless communication device that was executing the low-latency application in a source wireless communication network based on application context that comprises an application user identifier, an application session identifier, and an application session pointer;
in response to the hand-in, obtaining the application context for the wireless communication device from the source wireless communication network; and
wirelessly exchanging low-latency data with the wireless communication device for the low-latency application based on the application context that comprises the application user identifier, the application session identifier, and the application session pointer.
