1. A digital-to-time converter (DTC) circuit, comprising:
a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) circuit comprising a capacitor; and
a switching circuit configured to generate a charge current according to a current source,
wherein the capacitor is configured to:
generate a voltage ramp during a first phase in which the capacitor is electrically connected to the current source to be charged according to the charge current; and
generate an input control word dependent voltage according to an input control word during a second phase in which the capacitor is electrically isolated from the current source.
