1. An apparatus comprising:
a radio frequency (RF) transceiver; and
a controller coupled to the RF transceiver, and configured to:
receive, via the RF transceiver and from a client device, first data representative of client device information;
after the first data being received from the client device,
direct the RF transceiver to transmit a wireless power signal to the client device for a first duration;
after an amount of time sufficient for the client device to measure the first duration,
direct the RF transceiver to transmit the wireless power signal to the client device for a second duration different from the first duration; and
in response to the wireless power signal being transmitted to the client device for the second duration,
receive, via the RF transceiver and from the client device, second data representative of additional client device information.
