1. A non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery, the non-aqueous electrolyte solution comprising: a lithium salt, an organic solvent, and a compound represented by Formula 1 as an additive,

wherein, in Formula 1,
R is an alkylene group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and
R1 is an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms which is substituted with at least one fluorine,
wherein the compound represented by Formula 1 is included in an amount of 0.01 wt % to 5 wt % based on a total weight of the non-aqueous electrolyte solution.
