1. A fuse in form of breaking a fusant by fusing breaking and mechanical breaking, comprising a hollow shell; an arc extinguishing medium, which is filled in the hollow shell; at least one piece of the fusant, which is arranged in the hollow shell; and conductive terminals, which are provided as penetrating through a shell wall of the hollow shell, with the conductive terminals capable to be connected to an external circuit, wherein two ends of the fusant are respectively connected with the conductive terminals, wherein at least one breaking device that mechanically breaks the fusant is provided in the hollow shell; a driving device arranged outside the hollow shell, after receiving an external excitation signal, drives the at least one breaking device to break the fusant in one of a linear displacement mode, a rotational displacement mode, or a combination of both modes, so that the fusant forms at least one fracture in the arc extinguishing medium; blocking structures for preventing the arc extinguishing medium from leakage are arranged between the at least one breaking device and the hollow shell wall of the hollow shell; and the fusant which is located in the arc extinguishing medium is provided with at least one weak position where a mechanical breaking strength of the fusant is reduced and a fusing is easy to be achieved.
