1. An inductor device, comprising:
a first inductor;
a second inductor, arranged to enclose the first inductor, and use a topmost layer metal to resist external interference for the first inductor; and
at least one switch circuit, coupled to the second inductor, and arranged to receive at least one control voltage, wherein the at least one control voltage is arranged to adjust a conduction degree of the at least one switch circuit;
wherein in response to the at least one switch circuit being turned on, a magnitude of the at least one control voltage is adjusted to be greater than a threshold voltage of the at least one switch circuit, and is further adjusted to adjust a quality factor or an inductance value of the first inductor.
