1. A method comprising, at a remote computer system:
accessing a first ambient temperature, in a first room within a structure, captured by a first sensing device at a first time;
based on a digital floor plan of the structure, generating a first virtual map representing:
a first fire event for the first room; and
the first ambient temperature;
transmitting the first virtual map to a responder portal;
accessing a second ambient temperature, in the first room, captured by the first sensing device at a second time succeeding the first time;
updating the first virtual map as a second virtual map representing:
the first fire event; and
the second ambient temperature; and
transmitting the second virtual map to the responder portal.
