30. A method, comprising:
obtaining, with a computer system, a user profile of a user;
obtaining, with the computer system, a set of geolocations visited by the user;
determining, with the computer system, geolocation-pathogen-risk scores corresponding to the geolocations visited by the user;
determining, with the computer system, a personal-pathogen-risk score of the user based on the user profile and the geolocation-pathogen-risk scores corresponding to the geolocations visited by the user, wherein the personal-pathogen-risk score of the user and personal-pathogen-risk scores of more than 100,000 other users are computed in real time with a cluster computing platform; and
storing, with the computer system, the personal-pathogen-risk score in memory.
