1. A multi-modal portal system included within a plurality of multi-modal portal system networks for controlling access to user data comprising:
a memory storing one or more computer-readable instructions; and
a processor configured to execute the one or more computer-readable instructions to:
receive, via an access portal, a first request for a first user data from a first network device of a first multi-modal portal system network of the plurality of multi-modal portal systems networks, wherein the first user data is associated with one or more sensing devices associated with a first client user associated with the first multi-modal portal system network, wherein the first request is associated with a first user profile of a plurality of first user profiles associated with a first profile configuration associated with the first client user, wherein the first user data comprises one or more first types of user data, wherein the first profile configuration assigns a first role of a plurality of roles to the first client user that is different from another client user associated with the first profile configuration, wherein the multi-modal portal system comprises a second network device associated with a super user, and wherein the super user is associated with at least one user profile of the plurality of first user profiles associated with a second role of the plurality of roles that is associated with at least the first multi-modal portal system network and a second multi-modal portal system network of the plurality of multi-modal portal system networks;
determine, by an analytics engine, one or more first access parameters associated with the first user profile, wherein the one or more first access parameters limit the one or more types of user data that are accessible by the first client user, the first network device, or both, and wherein the one or more first access parameters indicate access different from one or more other access parameters associated with another user profile of the plurality of first user profiles; and
control access to the first user data based on the one or more first access parameters associated with the first user profile and the first multi-modal portal system network, wherein the one or more first access parameters indicate an access to at least one of the one or more types of user data associated with the first user profile comprising any of a video call, a camera data, sensor data, or any combination thereof.
