1. A blowing apparatus, comprising:
a housing including an accommodating space and one or more blowing holes; and
a vibration apparatus in the accommodating space,
wherein the vibration apparatus comprises:
a first active vibration member;
a second active vibration member connected to an inner lateral surface of the housing and connected to intersect with the first active vibration member; and
a passive vibration member between the one or more blowing holes and the first active vibration member and connected to the first active vibration member.
