A recombinant lipase comprising an amino acid sequence comprising at least 80% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 868, wherein said amino acid sequence comprises at least a substitution at position 149, 161, 174, 175, 189, 225, 271, or 293, or combinations thereof, wherein the positions are relative to SEQ ID NO: 2.
