A method of treating rheumatoid arthritis, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a pharmaceutical composition comprising a peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of SYKNKYGMVAQV (SEQ ID NO: 3) wherein the N-terminus comprises an acetyl group and the C-terminus comprises an amino group.
