1. A microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium producing 5′-inosine monophosphate, which comprises a protein variant exporting 5′-inosine monophosphate; the polynucleotide encoding the protein variant; or a vector comprising the polynucleotide encoding the protein variant;
wherein, in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, (i) the 2nd amino acid, (ii) the 64th amino acid, or (iii) the 2nd amino acid and the 64th amino acid are each substituted with another amino acid.
