1. A system for horizontal, sea level launching of space vehicles, the system comprising:
a horizontal magnetic levitation linear induction rail system;
a space plane vehicle accelerator sled, the space plane vehicle accelerator sled being configured to be magnetically levitated and accelerated by the horizontal magnetic levitation linear induction rail system; and
a reusable space plane vehicle, the reusable space plane vehicle being configured to be mounted to the space plane vehicle accelerator sled, the reusable space plane vehicle including:
a plurality of leading-edge thermal shields;
a thermal heat transport system configured to move thermal energy; and
a plurality of thermal transfer conduits; and
a super-critical steam rocket engine, the super-critical steam rocket engine including a super-critical water storage configured to hold an amount of super-critical water, a water flow controller, a boiler chamber, and a steam exhaust thrust control system.
