A composition comprising a catalyst of the general formula represented by the empirical formula NazSraLabNdcYbdOx/Al2O3, wherein ‘a’ ranges from about 0.1 to about 2; ‘z’ ranges from about 0.1 to about 8; ‘b’ ranges from about 0.6 to about 5; ‘c’ ranges from greater than zero to about 5; ‘d’ ranges from about greater than zero to about 0.4; and ‘x’ balances the oxidation state.
