1. A lattice structure to provide a support to a body area and defining a plurality of apertures configured to allow for a flow of air and water to the body area, the lattice structure comprising:
a bottom layer configured to contact the body area when in use;
a top layer opposite the bottom layer;
a middle layer positioned between the bottom layer and the top layer and connected to the bottom layer and the top layer to form (i) a first lumen defined by the bottom layer and the middle layer, and (ii) a second lumen defined by the top layer and the middle layer, wherein a thickness of the top layer is greater than a thickness of the middle layer and a thickness of the bottom layer;
a thermo-resistant padding positioned in the first lumen; and
an inlet in fluid communication with the second lumen, wherein the inlet is configured to receive a liquid resin and a catalyst mixture that transforms into a solid such that the lattice structure hardens into the support to the body area.
