15 Claims

1. A lip composition comprising:

at least 40% by weight of one or more emollients;

at least 20% by weight of waxes, the waxes including a hard wax and a soft wax; and

a plurality of fillers including silica silylate and cellulose;

wherein the lip composition is free of water and silicones.
