1. A rinse-off cleansing composition comprising:
a) an anionic surfactant comprising a sarcosinate;
b) an amphoteric surfactant comprising a sultaine, wherein the weight ratio of anionic surfactant to amphoteric surfactant is about 1.5:1; and
c) a non-ionic surfactant selected from decanol, dodecanol, C10 alcohol ethoxylate EO 2.5, C12 alcohol ethoxylate EO 3, 1,2-decanediol, 1,2-dodecanediol, 1,2-tetradecanediol, lauric acid, and combinations thereof, wherein the non-ionic surfactant increases the viscosity of the composition, and
wherein the composition is substantially free of sulfate-based surfactants.
