1. An organic semiconductor material for electron transport represented by a Formula 1:

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
wherein X1 and X2 are oxygen (O),
wherein R1 and R2 each independently contain a fluoropyridine group, a diphenylthiazole group, a phenylthiadiazole group, a phenyloxadiazole group, a diphenyltriazole group, a pyrimidylbenzene group, or a phenylpyrimidine group, and
wherein, if at least one of R1 and R2 is the fluoropyridine group, the fluoropyridine group is selected from groups represented by a Formula 4,
