1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a first user equipment (UE) from a base station, a sidelink configured-grant (CG) configuration, wherein the sidelink CG configuration indicates a feedback channel parameter, a number of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) processes, a periodicity, an offset, a time slot, and a frequency subchannel for a plurality of repetitions for sidelink CG transmissions;
transmitting via higher-layer signaling, by the first UE to a second UE, a configuration of at least one sidelink transmission parameter, wherein the at least one sidelink transmission parameter is associated with a resource pool defined within a sidelink bandwidth part (BWP), and wherein the at least one sidelink transmission parameter comprises a reference signal (RS) parameter for receiving a sidelink RS from the second UE; and
transmitting, by the first UE to the second UE, a sidelink CG transmission using the RS parameter and resources configured by the sidelink CG configuration received from the base station.
