1. One or more non-transitory, computer-readable media having instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, cause a base station to:
signal, to a user device, an indication of a number of times the user device is to send repetitions of an information block; and
receive the repetitions in a plurality of consecutive communication intervals, wherein the plurality of consecutive communication intervals is equal to the number.
