1. A circuit configured to:
receive a first clock signal;
receive a first input signal on a gate of a first transistor, wherein a drain of the first transistor is a first output node and the first transistor is separated from a ground voltage by two transistors, each of the two transistors receiving a second clock signal on their respective gates; and
receive a second input signal on a gate of a second transistor; and
simultaneously precharge the first output node and a second output node of the circuit, and amplify a difference between the first input signal and the second input signal when the first clock signal has a first value.
