1. An ultra-wide band (UWB) ranging device comprising:
a processor; and
a computer-readable medium in communication with the processor and storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to control the UWB ranging device to perform:
transmitting an integrated packet including a Scrambled Timestamp Sequence (STS) and a payload;
calculating, based on an actual poll transmission time, an error in a transmission time;
estimating, based on the calculated error, the final transmission time; and
transmitting a poll and a final patch, the final patch including the integrated packet,
wherein, for calculating the error in the transmission time, the instructions, when executed by the processor, further cause the processor to control the UWB ranging device to perform:
determining that antenna diversity has been applied in previous stages; and
calculating an average of a plurality of errors in a plurality of transmission times in the previous stages, and
wherein, for estimating the final transmission time, the instructions, when executed by the processor, further cause the processor to control the UWB ranging device to perform estimating, based on the calculated average of the plurality of errors, the final transmission time.
