1. A sandwich structure power supply module, comprising:
an inductor pack having a magnetic core, a first winding and a second winding passing through the magnetic core, wherein each one of the first winding and the second winding has a first end, a second end and a connecting part connecting the first end and the second end, and wherein the connecting part is inside the magnetic core, the first end is bent perpendicular to an axis along a length of the connecting part to at least partially cover a top surface of the magnetic core, and is extended along the top surface of the magnetic core in at least two dimensions, and the second end is bent perpendicular to the axis along the length of the connecting part to at least partially cover a bottom surface of the magnetic core, and is extended along the bottom surface of the magnetic core in at least two dimensions;
a bottom PCB (Printed Circuit Board) below the inductor pack;
a top PCB above the inductor pack, wherein the axis along the length of the connecting part of the first winding and the axis along the length of the connecting part of the second winding are both perpendicular to the top PCB and bottom PCB;
a connector connected between the bottom PCB and the top PCB, wherein the connector has a plurality of metal pillars connecting the bottom PCB to the top PCB; and
a first power device chip and a second power device chip on top of the top PCB, wherein the first power device chip is connected to the first winding via the top PCB, and the second power device chip is connected to the second winding via the top PCB.
