1. A method comprising:
transmitting, by a base station to a wireless device, configuration parameters indicating one or more first reference signals (RSs), on a first cell, as RSs for a beam failure recovery (BFR) procedure of a second cell; and
based on a deactivation of the first cell, stopping transmitting a response for the BFR procedure of the second cell, wherein the BFR procedure is triggered by the wireless device for the second cell.
