6. A method of controlling a system including one or more client terminals and a service that receives notices from the client terminal, the method comprising:
executing, in the client terminal, first transmission process to transmit a first notice to the service in real time, the first notice being information of an event generated in the client terminal;
executing, in the client terminal, second transmission process to transmit a second notice to the service, the second notice being information of an event to be transmitted in response to a result of a regularly check, in the client terminal, whether the event has been generated or not;
executing, in the service, a first control to transmit a first data sending request to the client terminal when a frequency of the first notice received from the client terminal exceeds a first threshold within a first period of time, the first data sending request causing the client terminal to stop the first transmission process and to execute the second transmission process; and
executing, in the service, a second control to transmit a second data sending request to the client terminal when determined that a problem in the client terminal has been solved based on the second notice received from the client terminal instructed to stop the first transmission process by the first data sending request, the second request causing the client terminal to restart first transmission process.
