1. A phase-reconfigurable circuit, comprising:
a single-ended-to-differential converter configured to convert an RF input signal into a differential RF input signal;
an I/Q generation circuit configured to convert the differential RF input signal into a differential in-phase RF signal and a differential quadrature-phase RF signal;
a first vector-sum phase-shifter configured to process the differential in-phase RF signal and the differential quadrature-phase RF signal to produce a first differential RF signal; and
a second vector-sum phase-shifter configured to process the differential in-phase RF signal and the differential quadrature-phase RF signal to produce a second differential RF signal.
