1. At least one non-transitory computer readable medium encoded with instructions which, when executed, cause a cluster orchestrator hosted at a second computing node to:
provide a key value used to manage a cluster of computing nodes, including the second computing node, from the cluster orchestrator hosted at the second computing node to a key value store included in a container orchestrator hosted at a bootstrap computing node of the cluster of computing nodes, the providing of the key value to the cluster orchestrator creating a dependency of the cluster orchestrator on the container orchestrator;
manage, from the cluster orchestrator hosted at the second computing node of the cluster of computing nodes, at least a portion of infrastructure for the cluster of computing nodes, the cluster orchestrator using the key value stored in the container orchestrator hosted at the bootstrap computing node; and
provide, to an instance of the container orchestrator on another computing node of the cluster of computing nodes, access to the key value store included in the container orchestrator hosted at the bootstrap computing node, wherein access to the key value store is used to initialize the another computing node.
