1. A magnetic insertion meter comprising:
a sensor head tube having a back surface and a front surface along a longitudinal axis of the sensor head tube, wherein the front surface includes a texture and is adapted to face a direction of an oncoming fluid and to direct the oncoming fluid around an outside circumferential surface of the sensor head tube; and
at least two electrodes exposed to the outside circumferential surface at different longitudinal heights along the sensor head tube from each other, wherein the at least two electrodes are located along a circumference of the sensor head tube and orthogonal to the direction of the oncoming fluid.
