1. A tire particulate collection device for a motor vehicle, comprising:
at least a first chamber, wherein the first chamber comprises:
a first grate; and
a first collection compartment;
a second chamber comprising a second grate and a second collection compartment, positioned between the first chamber and a last chamber; and
wherein the last chamber comprises:
a collection plate; and
a last collection compartment;
wherein electrically charged particulate matter is accelerated within the device while the motor vehicle is in motion, and is collected within the device at least in the first collection compartment or the last collection compartment.
